Dan’s passion for fitness and his desire to help others achieve their fitness goals led him to embrace a career as a certified personal trainer. He has always dismissed fads and gimmicks in favor of sound, proven solutions. Dan wants to put his expertise and experience to work for you. He received Bachelor of Science from San Jose State University and is certified by the most prestigious fitness organization in the industry, American Council on Exercise. His areas of expertise include core training, stress management, toning, weight loss, strength training and general fitness.
Driven and innovative, Dan always dedicates his career to develop sound training techniques to successfully produce permanent lifestyle modifications and mainly to improve overall health and quality of life. As a resident of the beautiful East Bay area, Dan is a great fan of the outdoor activities, hiking being one of his favorite diversions. He also enjoys jogging, snowboarding, ping pong, tennis and of course, working out.

1-on-1 Personal Training Sessions. These can take place at your home, office, or local gym. I can devise a fitness regimen tailored to your goals and to any past injuries. My goal is to offer you a program that is as enjoyable and plateau-free as it is effective.
Partner Training. This is a great way to combine fitness and socializing. If you have friends, family members or co-workers who share the same goals and commitment, why not train together? After all, it can be more motivating and fun, and it is definitely more affordable.
Online Training. If you are tech-savvy and want the freedom of working out anytime, anywhere, I am sure that my new online personal training program is for you. It comes with a personalized roadmap and everything necessary to reach your fitness goals via the Internet.
